OK I see the posts in the install NG
Discussions on this issue typically occur in the networking NG. A check there will reveal that Mary's difficulties are common, not limited to Qwest, and for me at least have proved intractable....

i connect just find with qwest dsl and vista Erek kendall AZ

is this your first time setting up
i installed it with a windows xp sp2 comupter originally and when it setup i connected my vista computer

found a install that works in beta 2 download from http://membercenter.msn.com/download.aspx
